Swati
Thanks to Dr. Neha Dwivedi, who provided a realistic insight to all the birthing options to my husband and me and explained how I could choose the way I wanted my baby to be born while remaining calm and confident that I was able to birth a beautiful daughter normally after 11 hours of labor.Post birth, as she had suggested we did skin to skin and she naturally latched on. Neha's lessons on breastfeeding were very helpful, especially for a first time mother as it is not easy. We stayed in touch as she encouraged me and gave useful tips for feeding. I faced challenges initially as my baby had tongue tie and laryngomalacia. With Neha's help and guidance, I was able to exclusively breast feed her for 6 months successfully.

I worked on prenatal care with Dr. Neha Dwivedi during my pregnancy and I must say in no time she transformed from a doctor to a go to friend. She puts things simply with utmost clarity and logically always with a smiling face. No query or fear was ever small. My entire confidence and success in breastfeeding is because of her. Thanks to her sessions, both me and my husband were so well prepared for the D day. She is such a fabulous fit for the field she has chosen given her persona and attitude, strongly substantiated by her education from one of the most premium institutes in the country - she is a gift to all new mothers.

Despite being an Ob-Gyn myself, and mother to an infant, I was struggling with my second pregnancy when I met Dr Neha. Her sessions and online support made my breastfeeding journey so easy and enjoyable. I might have been her worst client but she persevered through my mood swings, constantly checking on me and thereby helping me navigate post-partum depression. She prioritised my comfort and availability always (even when she was on vacation!). Her dedication towards her work and genuine concern is truly remarkable!

Despite choosing parenthood later in life, we were fortunate to find Dr. Neha as our childbirth educator & lactation expert. She expertly guided us through prenatal, postnatal and lactation counseling- providing empathetic support, extensive knowledge and non-judgemental environment where one could express freely and receive unbiased guidance. She instilled confidence in me about my body's ability to nurture new life, her sessions went beyond textbook knowledge, offering practical tips for managing discomfort, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and taking care of my mental well being as well! Despite a complicated delivery, her lactation counselling enabled me to establish a successful breastfeeding relationship with my baby.

I and my husband are in healthcare industry, hence our approach to pregnancy was driven by biological facts. While I realized I needed support, since I live overseas, finding good 1:1 support was a challenge. That's when I found Dr. Neha. Both my husband and I attended her breastfeeding sessions which didn't only put my emotional mind at ease, they also helped us understand the biological mechanisms of breastfeeding while instilling confidence in me to initiate the journey. Neha's support through a million questions and some initial challenges of the early weeks was incredible. Despite the EU IST time difference, we felt her availability around the clock. With Neha you get a lot more than expected during your pregnancy journey and thereafter

Since I was completely unaware, I'm so grateful that I came across Dr. Neha from a colleague who suggested speaking to a lactation expert, with such normalcy. Her sessions acted as guidance to understand this very natural process, not being intimidated by the many voices around us. She even prepared me for the few hiccups that I had in the beginning.. I felt emotionally prepared, understood the science of my body and the baby, the need to breastfeed in a certain way, and even overcame the initial challenge of how to find comfort with my baby. I really admire how she has understood that us new moms are operating in a different realm and time, and to know that she's present to help and chat at those odd hours, it's a life saver.
